		<description>You know what I honestly believe causes people to not want to get up at 7am?  It is the fact that you normally have to go and do something that isn&#039;t exciting.  

Think about when you are a kid and it is Christmas for example.  You have absolutely no problem waking up at 5am to go and open your presents, but as soon as you have to roll off your mattress at 7am to go to work or school, life sucks.  

Aside from that, the going to bed early thing may help, but I find regardless what time I go to bed, when I have to wake up to go to work, I always find myself smashing that snooze button!</description>
